What is Yoga Therapy?

Putting together a yoga therapy plan we look at how yoga may help you and any pratice for you to do at home, this is likely to include yoga postures, breathing, meditation and mindfulness exercises. We will also discuss other forms of treatments you are currently using and how these can be used in conjunction with yoga.

Usually a program of six sessions is put together and each week we will review and assess your progress and needs, modifying and introducing new aspects to your practice to help support you.
